PICOSURE® PRO (CYNOSURE)

The first 755nm picosecond laser, Picosure Pro, represents an excellent solution for quick and effective tattoo removal across all skin types, as well as for the treatment of melasma, pigmented lesions, and acne scars.

The Turbo mode of PicosureⓇ Pro efficiently treats even the most stubborn tattoos by using a shorter pulse width. Its 1,064nm wavelength effectively targets black ink on darker skin tones, making it a versatile choice for various types of tattoos and skin tones. Additionally, its different spot sizes adapt to each of your tattoos.

As a versatile laser, PicosureⓇ Pro can treat all pigmented lesions with very mild side effects (such as slight redness that disappears quickly after the session). It is the ideal treatment for revitalizing the face and promoting natural skin regeneration without complications or the need for social downtime.

LASER ICON ™ (CYNOSURE®) : LASER PHOTOREJUVENATION

The Laser Icon™ by Cynosure represents a remarkable advancement in the field of aesthetic dermatology, offering a versatile solution for treating a multitude of skin issues. With its non-ablative fractional laser technology, it works by heating the dermis without causing burns, resulting in mild post-treatment effects. By avoiding damage to the epidermis, it promotes collagen and elastin production, significantly improving skin texture and quality.

The Laser Icon™ platform is equipped with various applicators that can be tailored to the treated area, ensuring optimal effectiveness. This technology represents a true revolution in skin rejuvenation, offering a less restrictive alternative to traditional CO2 laser resurfacing, which required prolonged social downtime and carried risks of side effects such as hyperpigmentation.

LASER CLARITY II (LUTRONIC)

The Clarity II™ laser is equipped with two wavelengths, Alexandrite and Nd:YAG (755/1064 nm), allowing it to safely and effectively treat a variety of conditions such as unwanted hair, pigmented and vascular lesions, as well as certain dermatological conditions like warts and onychomycosis.

Versatile and high-performing, the Clarity II™ laser is recommended for all skin types and phototypes. This cutting-edge laser offers pulse energy and power superior to other lasers, making it a preferred choice. Its innovative handheld piece is its asset, being adaptable and offering a diverse range of spot sizes. Thus, it can treat both small and large areas with remarkable efficiency.

LASER CO2 DEKA PUNTO

The CO2 Deka Punto laser has been designed to meet the needs of aesthetic medicine and dermatological surgery. This device incorporates PSD® (Pulse Shape Design) technology, allowing for customized pulses according to the specific requirements of the treatment. With adjustable parameters such as power, downtime, number of pulses, and scanning mode, it offers optimal flexibility to adapt to different needs.

Thanks to these advanced features, patient recovery time is significantly reduced, thus promoting quick and effective results. Among its indications are the treatment of wrinkles and signs of skin aging, as well as the correction of pigmented lesions and scars. It is also used to improve skin firmness.

LUMENIS ULTRAPULSE ALPHA

To date, this is the most powerful CO2 laser on the market. The Ultrapulse Alpha technology allows for deeper penetration into the skin while using lower energy and shorter pulses. This reduces patient discomfort, shortens recovery time, and minimizes thermal damage, promoting accelerated healing.

The integrated scanner system ensures high precision and uniform distribution, offering ablative, fractional, and mixed modes. Its advanced cooling system reduces pain and speeds up recovery time. It also promotes collagen production, improving skin texture and reducing wrinkles and scars.

Among its many indications, the Lumenis Ultrapulse Alpha is used for the treatment of pigmented lesions, scars, inflammatory skin conditions, skin rejuvenation, and acne.

IPL

IPL technology is based on the emission of intense pulsed light. Unlike lasers, which use a single wavelength, IPL emits a broad spectrum of light that can be filtered and adjusted to target various skin issues. This light penetrates the skin and is absorbed by targeted pigments or blood vessels, without affecting surrounding tissues. Therefore, IPL is effective for treating different skin conditions such as dark spots, vascular lesions, acne, and can also stimulate collagen production, improving skin elasticity and texture.
