A few days before the procedure, we ask you to shave the area for a few days. The laser only works on hairs in the anagen phase, when they are actively regrowing.

Although popular, laser hair removal remains a medical procedure that may not be suitable for everyone.

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women cannot benefit from laser hair removal and consideration should be given to delaying treatment.
• Tanned skin or recently exposed to the sun must wait to regain its original complexion. Laser light can burn skin or cause skin damage.
• Certain skin conditions, such as herpes or eczema for example, can be aggravated by laser hair removal and must be taken care of upstream.
• Photosensitizing drugs and anti-inflammatories are also prohibited the week before the laser session. They increase the risk of burns and scarring.
• A tattoo or permanent makeup is not eligible for the laser protocol. This treatment can alter the pigments of your tattoo.

Precautions after the bikini laser hair removal session

Following your laser hair removal session, the skin remains sensitive for a few hours. To minimize the risk of skin reactions, we invite you to limit contact with a heat source:

• Sun exposure
• Hot baths, saunas , hammams,
• Friction with tight clothing
• Intense physical activities, source of excessive sweating

Apply a soothing cream regularly to relieve irritation and reduce inflammation.

Clinical studies have shown that permanent laser hair removal is effective in eliminating 80 to 95% of hair follicles treated, and this after following the protocols correctly administered and the number of sessions required.

Multiple sessions are required to achieve optimal results. Their number varies according to the nature of the hair , the age, the sex of the patient as well as the hormonal state which is decisive in the process of hair growth.
